The osteopath is a healthcare professional who receives and examines patients in first intention, taking into account the interactions of the different systems (anatomical, physiological and environmental). The osteopath makes a diagnosis, following the principles of osteopathy in order to treat, prevent or refer – if necessary – the patient to other health professionals. He uses his hand for his treatment actions.
